StretchLab is seeking passionate, highly skilled bodywork and fitness professionals - including Personal Trainers, Massage Therapists, Athletic Trainers, Kinesiologists, Pilates or Yoga Instructors, and Dance Professionals - to join our team as certified Flexologists. This client-facing role combines expert bodywork with consultative sales and client retention.

What you’ll do
Client care & technical delivery60%
Deliver customized 25- and 50-minute sessions using StretchLab's proprietary PNF and dynamic stretching techniques.
Conduct detailed initial intakes, assess range of motion, evaluate posture and flexibility limitations, and design individual recovery protocols.
Protect client safety through accredited body mechanics, proper hand placement, and studio safety standards.
Consultative sales & membership conversion25%
Educate guests on their mobility needs and present custom routine recommendations after every introductory stretch.
Partner with Sales Associates to present monthly membership options, address hesitation, and close recurring memberships.
Actively manage and re-book your client roster to maintain high session utilization and minimize membership churn.
Studio operations & culture15%
Maintain a spotless, premium environment by sanitizing benches and supporting daily studio upkeep, including laundry.
Assist with studio tours, community pop-ups, and grassroots marketing activities that generate prospective clients.
What you’ll bring
Required credential - at least one
Certified Personal Trainer through NASM, ACE, ACSM, NSCA, or ISSA, with a strong flexibility or corrective-exercise background.
Licensed Massage Therapist or Certified Athletic Trainer.
Degree in Kinesiology, Exercise Science, Physical Therapy/PTA, or a related field.
Certified Pilates or Yoga Instructor with extensive anatomy knowledge, or a professional dance background.
Core requirements
Comfort discussing wellness goals, making routine recommendations, and supporting membership conversions.
Deep knowledge of muscle origin and insertion, joint mechanics, and corrective bodywork.
Consistent availability for at least 25 hours per week, including Saturday or Sunday.
Ability to complete the nationally accredited Flexologist Training Program: 20 hours online plus two intensive hands-on training days.
