What you’ll do

Support and develop studio leaders across multiple locations

Create consistent operating rhythms and accountability

Review performance trends and lead improvement plans

Coordinate staffing, training, and cross-studio priorities

Strengthen systems without losing local ownership

What you’ll bring

Proven multi-site leadership experience

Strong command of sales, labor, and operating metrics

Ability to coach leaders and influence across teams

Sound prioritization and problem-solving skills

Willingness to travel among NYC studio locations
